Jiangsu reaches modest 2015 steelmaking capacity closure target
Eastern China’s Wuxi Xixing Special Steel has completed the full closure of all its steelmaking facilities. The move means that Jiangsu province, the fastest growing major steel producer in the country, has now effectively closed all of its targeted capacity for 2015, Kallanish notes.
