Italian steel production stable despite last year's struggles
Italy’s steel industry cut annual production by 1.4% in 2014, to 23.7 million tonnes, reveals Italian steel producers’ association, Federacciai. According to the data from Federacciai, December was another month of decline where output fell by nearly 17% year-on-year to 1.48mt.
