Italian retail store chain bids for Stefana's Ospitaletto plant
Italian retail store chain Esselunga has made an offer for the acquisition of one of the plants owned by troubled Italian longs maker Stefana, Kallanish learns from union sources. The offer is expected to complete the industrial plan filed to the bankruptcy court in Brescia by the majority shareholders, the Ghidini family (see Kallanish 11 May).
