Indian government looks to sell part of SAIL shareholding, media report suggests
The Indian government is lined up to sell a 5% holding in state-run Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL), Kallanish understands. The sale is due to be discussed next week commencing 23 June at a meeting between the company, the steel ministry and the government’s disinvest department , sources close to the deal have told Reuters.
