Korea's Hyundai Steel to absorb Hysco
South Korea’s Hyundai Steel could absorb sister company Hyundai Hysco in just days according to reports in the Korean Media. The merger would put all major steel facilities in the Hyundai Motor group under Hyundai Steel and confirm its focus on automotive steels, Kallanish notes.
