Hyundai Steel absorbs Hysco
Hyundai Steel officially merged with sister company Hyundai Hysco on Wednesday. This gives it direct access to an international network of service centres and also greater direct access to its main customers, its parent company Hyundai Motor and sister company Kia Motor. The move is part of several years of expansion which has seen capacity grow, especially for autosheet, Kallanish notes.
