Howard proposes 200-mile Texas-Mexico natgas pipeline
Howard Midstream Energy Partners on Tuesday said it plans to develop the Nueva Era Pipeline, a roughly 200-mile, 30-inch natural gas pipeline from Webb County, Texas, to Monterrey, Mexico.
Specifically, the proposed pipeline will connecting Howard Midstream’s existing Webb County natural gas hub (west of Corpus Christi), southeast to Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico, and the Mexican National Pipeline System (Sistema Nacional de Gasoductos).
