Higher revenue helps Al Jazeera Steel record net profit surge in nine months
Omani welded pipe and merchant bar producer Al Jazeera Steel increased revenue 8.2% year-on-year in the first nine months of the year to OMR 73.1 million ($189.8m). Net profit after tax thus surged 29.2% to OMR 4.69m, Kallanish learns from the company. Jazeera will announce its full third-quarter results later this month.
