Higher Polish consumption boosts Konsorcjum Stali shipments 18% in H1
Poland’s third-largest steel distributor, Konsorcjum Stali (KS), reported an 18.3% on-year growth in sales in the first half of 2015 to 276,100 tonnes. This was aided by a 1% increase in Polish apparent steel consumption in the period to 5.32 million tonnes, the firm says in a report seen by Kallanish.
