Hiap Tack sees losses but revenues grow
Malaysia’s Hiap Teck Venture Bhd has reported a net loss of MYR 5.19 million ($1.37 million) for its third quarter ended 30 April, compared to a MYR 13.57m profit in the same period of 2014. The company has managed to increase revenue however and new capacity means its situation could improve, if costs are kept under control, Kallanish notes.
The company is issuing around MYR 213.72 million of shares in order to replenish its working capital, it says. …
