Hebei steelmakers singled out for SO2 emission risk
A survey of the top emitters of sulphur dioxide in key Hebei cities in October shows steelmakers still firmly at the top, alongside power companies. So says a report by Beijing-based non-governmental organisation, the Institute of Public and Environmental Affairs.
