China's Handan upgrades hot strip mill
Handan Iron and Steel in northern China’s Hebei province has contracted Germany’s Siemens to upgrade its 2.5 million tonne/year hot strip mill, Siemens says. The upgrade is expected to be commissioned in early 2016.
