Global electrical steel exporters hit hard by U.S. Commerce AD/CV call
The U.S. International Trade Administration has published U.S. department of commerce (Commerce) final determinations on imports of non-oriented electrical steels (NOES) into the country. In a complex case, Commerce has been investigating dumping and unfair subsidy complaints by U.S. steelmaker AK Steel on material from various countries in Asia and Europe.
