Global crude steel production flattens as China output dips year-on-year in October

The World Steel Association (worldsteel) says that global crude steel output was the same year-on-year in October at 137 million tonnes. Production of crude steel during the first ten months of 2014 however increased by 2.0% y-on-y to reach 1368mt.
