Global crude steel production falls in first half of 2015
The World Steel Association (worldsteel) says that global crude steel output fell again year-on-year in June 2015 to 136 million tonnes, a -2.4% decrease compared to June 2014, Kallanish notes. This means that output has fallen in five out of six months so far in 2015.
