Gerdau buys Silat from Hierros Añón
Gerdau has acquired a 96.35% stake in the Brazilian rebar and wire rod rolling mill, Silat, Kallanish learns from the Brazilian steelmaker. The mill was previously owned by Spanish group Hierros Añón.
