Ford accepts MMK auto-grade steel for Ford's Russian car plants
Ford in Russia has agreed Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works (MMK) can supply it with automotive grade sheet. "MMK has successfully completed the acceptance process with Ford Sollers Holding,” and will be increasing its sheet delivery to the carmaker, MMK tells Kallanish.
So far, Ford has fully accepted two parcels of ultra-low carbon steel in various drawing categories, which are used in car body parts, including the front panels for its Focus model…
