Evraz Palini e Bertoli could restart plate mill, say Italian unions
After mothballing the plate rolling mill beacuse of unfavourable market conditions in August 2013, Palini e Bertoli is planning a series of investments to restart operations, union sources in Italy tell Kallanish.
