Evraz Italian plate op looks towards fourth quarter restart
Russian steelmaker Evraz’s Palini e Bertoli plate-making plant in San Giorgio di Nogaro, Northern Italy, is expected to restart its activities between late October and early November 2015, union sources tell Kallanish.
