ETP sets binding open season for Texas, New Mexico crude pipeline
US pipeline operator Energy Transfer Partners said its ETP Crude affiliate began a binding open season on Wednesday for the new Delaware Basin Crude Gathering Pipeline. This facility will flow 120,000 barrels per day (BPD) of crude oil.
