EU to investigate China's electrical steel, and subsidies for stainless
The European Commission says it will go-ahead with an anti-dumping investigation into imports of grain-oriented (GO) flat-rolled products of silicon-electrical steel from China, Japan, South Korea, Russia and the US.
The complaint was lodged with the Commission on 30 June by European steelmakers association Eurofer, and the EU's notice of initiation followed on 14 August,Kallanish learns.
