Cognor plans $6.6m capex in 2015, waits on market clarity before caster upgrade
Poland’s Cognor has revealed it plans PLN 25 million ($6.6m) of capital expenditure in 2015, up from PLN 23.64m in 2014. The steelmaker and scrap merchant foresees further growth of EU and Polish steel production and consumption, spurred by positive construction and automotive industry performance.
