Chinese steel and iron ore prices lose more ground
Steel futures and iron ore prices sank further on Monday, reversing last Friday’s small rebound. The weak outlook for the market again halted any attempt to hold prices steady. This was not helped when figures were released showing China’s foreign debt is increasing, especially short-term debt.
