Chinese firm provides steelwork for new Iranian iron ore pelletising plant
China Metallurgical Construction Group has been awarded the contract to supply 3,000 tonnes of structural steelwork for the prospective Iran-based iron ore pelletising plant of Maad Koush Company.
The plant, located in the Persian Gulf Mining & Metal Industrial Economic Zone (PGSEZ), adjacent to the southern port of Bandar Abbas, will initially have a 2.5 million tonnes/year capacity, Kallanish learns. This will be doubled in a later expansion.…
