China to build rebar plant in Far East Russia
Chinese investors plan to build by end-2018 a mini-mill producing rebar in Yakutia (Sakha), Far East Russia, Kallanish learns from the government of Yakutia. The project is a joint venture between two firms known as “Bonus” and “Sunian Chemical Production”, the government says.
