China targets water polluters
Restrictions on air pollution hit Chinese steelmakers hard over the last year, increasing costs and forcing temporary shutdowns, especially of sintering plants. Now China's State Council has released a new plan of action to control water pollution and steelmakers are again high on the list of targeted industries, Kallanish notes.
