China prepares to support scrap industry
China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) has released its third list of scrap firms, which meet industry standards. The list is expected to form a core of companies in China’s developing scrap market, which could receive various support, including cheap financing and tax breaks, Kallanish notes.
