Turkish steel imports from China surge 194% in H1
Turkey’s steel imports from China jumped by 194% year-on-year to 927,000 tonnes in the first half of 2015 due to “…unfair pricing policies”, the Turkish Steel Producers’ Association (TCUD) says in a statement seen by Kallanish. In value terms China-origin steel imports rose 59.4% to $927 million.
