Further Chinese VAT rebate cancellations unlikely, analysts agree
China’s rumour mill has again picked up the issue of VAT rebates on finished steel exports, suggesting a possible cancelation of rebates on chrome-added steel. Any such cancelation is unlikely however, at least in the short term, analysts agree.
