China adopts production cut plan for parade
The small working group coordinating pollution control in Beijing, Hebei and Tianjin formally adopted plans to control pollution in Beijing for the commemoration of the defeat of Japan on 3 September. As reported, the plan will mean production cuts in Hebei and Shandong over 28 August-4 September, Kallanish notes.
