Commissioner Nardi selects Cevital's offer for Piombino
Of the two offers submitted for Lucchini’s Piombino site, the Italian monitoring committee has chosen the bid by Algerian industrial group, Cevital as the front runner. The monitoring committee for Lucchini, led by commissioner Piero Nardi announced its decision to go with Cevital on 25 November.
The other offer was submitted by India’s JSW Steel.
