Cevital gets go-ahead to purchase Lucchini's facilities
Italy's Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) has authorised Commissioner Piero Nardi to accept the bid submitted by Cevital SpA for the purchase of Lucchini Piombino, Vertek Piombino, Lucchini Servizi, as well as the 69.27% of GSI Lucchini.
