Canada sets provisional duties on plate imports from India, Russia

Canada has set provisional antidumping and countervailing duties on imports of certain hot rolled carbon and high-strength low-alloy steel plate from India and Russia. The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) determined preliminary dumping margins of 220.5% and preliminary countervailable subsidy rates of 20.3% for Jindal, SAIL, and all other Indian exporters.
