CSN set to spin off iron ore business into new joint venture with Namisa

Brazil’s Companhia Siderurgica Nacional (CSN) has agreed to spin off its iron ore business and merge it with iron ore venture Nacional Minerios (Namisa) under a newly-created company, Kallanish learns from CSN.
