Brazil's CSA posts 13% rise in interim sales, say ThyssenKrupp
ThyssenKrupp’s (TK) Steel Americas has posted a rise of 11% in its order intake to €1.18 billion for the six months to end-March 2014, compared to the year-ago H1. In its second fiscal quarter (January to end-March 2014), orders were 13% higher, year-on-year. These results include the contributions from TK Steel USA up until the disposal of the Alabama rolling and coating plant at the end of February [see related article].
