CR flats imports into Turkey rise further in July
Turkey’s cold rolled flat product imports increased again year-on-year in July, while the decline in their average prices became steeper, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data.
Turkey imported 109,858 tonnes of CR flats in July, up 8.2% y-o-y. The average price of these imports plunged by $259/tonne to $873/t.
