CMES creates subsidiary for Valemaxes
China Merchants Energy Shipping (CMES) has created a subsidiary registered in Hong Kong. China VLOC Company Limited will handle shipping using the four 400,000 dead weight tons Valemax Very Large Ore Carriers (VLOC) bought from Brazil’s Vale earlier this year, Kallanish notes.
