CISA estimates domestic steel demand below 800mt
He Wenbo, the secretary of the Party Committee and executive chairman of the China Iron and Steel Industry Association (CISA), expects that China's finished steel demand will decline by over 9% from 2025 to 2035, Kallanish notes.
