Blast furnace reline clouds profit outlook at Salzgitter
The blast furnace reline which commences this month at Salzgitter AG’s strip mill, Salzgitter Flachstahl, will lead to roughly €80 million in one-off burdens. This will therefore result in a clearly negative quarterly result for the unit in autumn.
