Shagang, Bekaert sign supplier pact
China’s Shagang singed a supplier framework agreement with global steel wire firm Bekaert last week, the steelmaker says. The company is now Bekaert’s largest supplier after seeing sales to the company surge despite the weak market, Kallanish notes.
