Baosteel consortium gains controlling interest in Aquila as takeover agreement submitted
The Australia-based bidding consortium of Chinese steelmaker Baosteel and local company Aurizon Holdings has confirmed that it now owns a controlling interest in Pilbara, Western Australia-based iron ore and coal explorer Aquila Resources.
