Bangkok Iron and Steel set to double capacity in 2015
Thailand’s Bangkok Iron and Steel will double its steelmaking capacity to 400,000 tonnes/year when it commissions its new EAF in July or August 2015, the company tells Kallanish. The steelmaker will decommission its old 200,000 t/y EAF once the new facility is up and running, it adds.
