Bagang relocates pelletising plant
Baosteel’s Bayi Iron and Steel subsidiary in the northwestern Chinese region of Xinjiang has relocated an iron ore pelletising subsidiary to reduce pollution in the city where it is based. The pelletising plant is operated by Bayi’s Yamansu iron ore mining subsidiary and has been moved to the Southern Hami Circular Economy Industrial Park, local media reports.
