BHP hits record iron ore production in FY24
Global miner BHP says its iron ore production increased 1% to a record 260 million tonnes in the financial year ended 30 June, 2024 (FY24). The firm's production for FY25 is expected to be between 255mt and 265.5mt as it ramps up the planned tie-in activities for Rail Technology Programme 1 (RTP1), Kallanish notes.
