Aristrain has interest in acquiring Spain's Condesa : reports
Spain’s Aristrain Corporation could acquire 100% of the troubled Spanish welded pipe manufacturer Condesa, Kallanish learns from local media reports. Aristrain recently acquired 11% of another Spanish tubemaker, Tubacex.
In November, local trade unions said that Condesa had reached an agreement on its debts of approximately €325 million ($370m) with its creditors.
