ArcelorMittal upgrades French wire/wire rope mill
ArcelorMittal is to upgrade one of its French plants to support the development of one of its major customers, the steelmaker tells Kallanish.
The company’s steel wire and wire ropemaking facility in Bourg-en-Bresse is France will be the target for €15 million ($18.8m) worth of investment to expand production facilities to support French offshore equipment manufacturer Technip.
