ArcelorMittal mulls flats service centre in Italy with Coils Lamiere Nastri
In Italy, ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions (AMDS Italia) hopes to set up a joint venture with Italy’s Coils Lamiere Nastri (CLN). According to the European Commission’s Official Journal, the EC’s directorate-general for competition has requested interested third parties in the sector to submit any competition concerns they might have regarding the proposal by the beginning of March.
