ArcelorMittal files EC proposal to acquire two Condesa plants
Two of Spanish welded tube manufacturer Condesa’s plants could be soon acquired by ArcelorMittal, the Luxembourg-based steelmaker tell Kallanish.
The two manufacturers reached an agreement on July 30. The details of the transaction were recently submitted to the European Commission (EC) for approval. The EC is expected to provide its response within two to three months.
