ArcelorMittal and Marcegaglia submit bid for Ilva
After rumour and speculation, the consortium of Luxembourg’s ArcelorMittal and Italy’s Marcegaglia has finally presented a bid proposal for Ilva’s plant in Taranto.
The consortium has submitted an offer that involves all Ilva’s sites in Taranto, Genoa and Novi Ligure, trade union sources reveal to Kallanish.
