ArcelorMittal and Gerdau each sell 50% of Gallatin to Nucor

Global steelmaker ArcelorMittal and American longs producer, Gerdau have entered into a definitive agreement to sell their respective 50% interests in Gallatin Steel Company to the US Nucor Corporation.
